Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order's progress.

Standard UK delivery typically takes 7 to 15 working days from dispatch. Delivery is free on orders over £50; a flat rate of £3.95 applies to orders below this threshold.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays or public holidays.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. If any item in your order is unexpectedly out of stock, we'll contact you directly to offer an alternative, a partial refund, or a full refund.
