Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. We want the process to be as simple as possible.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@ameliabristol.uk with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm the details and guide you through the next steps.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us straight away with photos where possible — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs.

Your Statutory Rights

As a UK consumer, you also have a statutory right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without needing to give a reason. Our 30-day policy above is offered in addition to, and does not affect, these statutory rights.
