How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery within the UK typically takes a further 7 to 15 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — delivery is free on all UK orders over £50. A flat rate of £3.95 applies to orders below this threshold.

Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment we only ship within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand to more destinations soon.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, as long as it's unworn and unused with tags attached. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
